Privacy & Data Handling

Data Processing

  • Memory-Only Processing:

    All patient data is processed in memory and immediately purged after analysis. No PHI is ever stored persistently.

  • Data Encryption:

    All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Data is encrypted both in transit and during processing.

  • Access Controls:

    Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures users can only access authorized data within their Epic context.
